Article 3 - Based on this information, customers may estimate the total cost of their preferred travel package.
Article 4 - Customers are invited to describe the itinerary they wish to experience. Upon request, we can also prepare a personalized quotation.
Article 5 - Customers may submit the budget or package price they would like to pay. If requesting a discount, they should briefly explain the reason for their proposal (for example: group travel, long stay, student, researcher, NGO project, repeat customer, or seasonal budget).
Article 6 - Because every itinerary is unique and we offer a wide variety of customized tours for tourists, researchers, business travelers, students, photographers, and other visitors, prices are negotiated individually rather than being fixed in advance.
Article 7 - The travel contract becomes effective only after both parties agree on the itinerary, the final price, and the terms of service.

We are always pleased to organize tailor-made tours throughout the country and are committed to providing the highest level of service.
Please note that for itineraries lasting less than 10 days outside our primary operating areas (Fort Dauphin, the Extreme South, and Southeast Madagascar), our Tour Guide service and charging service rates are charged on the basis of a 10-day minimum package.
This policy reflects the time required for planning, travel preparation, logistics, coordination, and professional guiding services, regardless of the shorter duration of the tour.
Example: Sample Calculation would like to visit Antananarivo and Mantadia National Park for 4 days. Although their itinerary lasts only four days, the Tour Guide Service and the charging service rates are calculated using our 10-day minimum package.
Calculation: Tour Guide Service (10-day package): US$500; charging service rates: US$6 × 2 travelers × 10 days = US$120; Total Guide Service & Organization Fee: US$620
This pricing policy allows us to maintain the same high standard of planning, organization, safety, and personalized service for every tour, regardless of its duration.
